RADC-TR-81-87, IN-HOUSE REPORT: BURN-IN - WHICH ENVIRONMENTAL STRESS SCREENS SHOULD BE USED (MAR-1981) [DTIC: ADA099207]., ?his report is based on a literature survey of stress screening studies and concludes that thermal cycling and random vibration are the two most powerful screens. Reports dealing with thermal cycling and random vibration tests are discussed and some conclusions and areas that need further research are drawn from them. Recommendations are also given for a military standard on burn-in based on the findings in this report.
