Attention is turned to the broader questlon of realizirg snecified rational transfer matrices with a standard feedback configuration for lineer. time-invariant, finite- dimensional, real, multivariable, dvnamical plants in this paper. A complete and precise realization theory for asymptotically-stable plants is developed. Unstable plants with asvmptotically-stable hidden modes are also extensively treated.
