NASA-STD-2804L, NASA TECHNICAL STANDARD: MINIMUM INTEROPERABILITY SOFTWARE SUITE (24 JUN 2008)., This standard is approved for use by NASA Headquarters and all NASA Centers and is intended to provide a common framework for consistent practices across NASA programs.
