SYSTEM ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT PLAN (SEMP), LASER INTERFEROMETER SPACE ANTENNA (SEMP) (DRAFT) (16-APR-2002)., The plan is intended to document the activities to be performed by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Goddard Space Flight Center�s (GSFC�s) System Engineering Office in support of the Laser Interferometer Space Antenna (LISA) Project�s mission formulation. The System Engineering Office will update the System Engineering Management Plan (SEMP) near the end of the Formulation Phase in preparation for the Implementation Phase.
