MIL-STD-1772B, MILITARY STANDARD: CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR HYBRID MICROCIRCUIT FACILITIES AND LINES (22-AUG-1990) [S/S BY MIL-PRF-38534]., This document establishes minimum requirements governing certification and qualification of manufacturing construction techniques and materials for hybridd microcircuits. It is intended to standardize the documentation and testing for hybrid microcircuits for use in military and aerospace applications. It covers the interface between user and manufacturer and it is not intended to be a complete set of documentation required to build hybrid microcircuits. Hybrid microcircuits covered by this document include all package sizes, class H and class K devices, microwave integrated circuits, switches, relays, oscillators, timers, etc. a. All manufacturing construction techniques are documented. b. All manufacturing construction techniques are under control. c. Conformance to this document and MIL-H-38534. d. Supplier control acquisition documents for parts and materials.
