MIL-R-46198 (NOTICE-1), MILITARY SPECIFICATION: RESIN, POLYIMIDE, HOT PRESSED OR PRESSED AND SINTERED (22-SEP-1998) [S/S BY ASTM-PS93]., MIL-R-46198, dated 7 January 1988 and Amendment 2, dated 20 September 1996 are hereby canceled. The preparing activity for this document has determined that ASTM Provisional Standard 93, “Fabricated Shapes and Finished Parts Fabricated from Polyimide Resins” is a suitable replacement. Users are cautioned to evaluate PS 93 for their particular application before citing it as a replacement document.
