MIL-I-17276A, MILITARY SPECIFICATION: INHIBITOR, CELLULOSE ACETATE, EXTRUDED (30-OCT-1971) [NO S/S DOCUMENT]., Inhibitors shall be of the following composition, as specified: Composition-Cellulose acetate prepard from chemical cellulose (reference ASTM subcommittee 1 under D-23) and plasticized with dimethyl phthalate. The composition shall be 26 to 30 parts of plasticizer per 100 parts of cellulose acetate flake.
