The preservation, packing, and marking specified herein are intended for direct shipments to the Government and to OEMs and packaging distributors. Unless otherwise designated, the general requirements (3.1) and marking requirements (3.1.4) are applicable for the shipment of semiconductors and accessories to Government activities only.
