VV-K-220A (NOTICE 1), FEDERAL SPECIFICATION: KEROSENE, DEODORIZED (29 DEC 1979) [S/S BYASTM-D484 OR SAE-AMS3161]., Federal Specification VV-K-220A, dated August 20, 1962 has been canceled. Future procurements of Kerosene, Deodorized should be made under AST14 Standard O 484, Hydrocarbon Dry Cleaning Solvents, Type 11 (14°F Solvent), for a vehicle for liquid insecticide spray, or under SAE Aerospace Material Specification AMS 3161 for Inspection Oil, Odorless for a vehicle for wet magnetic particle inspection.
