DI-MGMT-82309, DATA ITEM DESCRIPTION: PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP FUNDED ORGANIC WORKLOAD FORECAST (06-DEC-2019)., The Public Private Partnership Funded Organic Workload Forecast is used to obtain future funded organic workload requirements, so that sustaining Department of Defense entities can accurately plan for the anticipated workload, to include appropriate capabilities and manpower sizing. a. Funded organic workload requirements shall include a three year forecast, broken out by month, to allow collaboration with the owning Program Management Office (PMO) regarding variances between forecasted workloads and actual workloads received. b. This Data Item Description (DID) is applicable when monitoring of program progress is required. c. This DID contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data deliverable resulting from the work task described in the contract.
