DI-FNCL-82261, DATA ITEM DESCRIPTION (DID): FINANCIAL ESTIMATED NETWORK ACTIVITY (NWA) ACCRUAL REPORT (05-MAR-2020)., The Financial Estimated Network Activity (NWA) Accrual Report provides the Government with an estimate of contractor labor costs and Other Direct Cost (ODC) expenses for each project task. The report will be used to track accruals across multiple department’s requisitions and Network Activities. It will be used to estimate burn rates and predict the number of weeks remaining before funds are depleted. This Data Item Description (DID) contains format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as specified in the contract.
