DI-CMAN-81516, DATA ITEM DESCRIPTION AS BUILT CONFIGURATION LIST (ABCL) (15 JUL 1996). The list shows the as-built configuration specific to each individual end item delivered under the contract. The list will be used to monitor contractor compliance with contractual hardware and software configuration requirements and as a baseline for continuous updating throughout the life cycle of the item.
